Armchair Yoga

Traditional yoga has many well-known benefits for health and general wellness, but it isn’t always accessible for older people or those with a disability.

In this gentle exercise class we will explore:

  • Working and strengthening the core muscles around the tummy

  • Safely exercising our balance and posture

  • Learning to breathe deeply and learning mindfulness for relaxation

  • Bring your own water bottle
