Stretch, Strengthen and Balance
Movement
These classes are facilitated by a Qualified Allied Health worker.
Strengthening exercises will be taught through the use of hand weights and strengthening bands along with gentle core muscle exercises and balance.
Exercises will be carried out either by sitting and/or standing with each individual students needs being met.
Bring your own water bottle.

Tuesday 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Tuesday 2:30pm - 3:30pm10 week term, commencing 27th October, $125
Wednesday 10:00am – 11:00am
Wednesday 11:30am – 12:30pm10 week term, commencing 28th October, $125
