Our team member will provide support to:
Assistance with Contacting My Aged Care: Support for making phone calls and registering online.
Exploring At-Home Support Options: Guidance on finding services for independent living. Home Care Package Provider Assistance: Help in selecting and connecting with a suitable provider.
Residential Care Services Support: Assistance in accessing services tailored to individual circumstances.
Connecting to Social Activities: Referrals to programs promoting social engagement and community participation.
