This self-help group is for people with ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) or fibromyalgia and their carers.
The group meet monthly to offer peer support, understanding and acceptance in an informal setting, with the opportunity to share experiences, exchange information and socialize.
